🥗Plant-Based Ideas That Don’t Suck🫛

  • Greek Yogurt Bark: Vanilla Greek Yogurt spread thin on parchment paper, sprinkle in berries, almond butter and some chocolate chips if you’re feeling saucy. Let it set in the freezer for 20-30 minutes and dig in.

  • Stuffed Dates: cut open dates (hotdog bun style), spread in peanut butter and add a sprinkle of sea salt.

  • Veggies and Hummus: A classic but hear us out. Zombie edition: when you’re truly beat…just take a whole cucumber and dip it in some hummus and eat until you’re satisfied. We listen and we don’t judge, right? Fiber is fiber?

  • Refried Beans: Heat some up, add in some spices (cumin, smoked paprika, salt, pepper), top with some cheese and rip up cilantro with your bare hands because fuck cutting boards and knives.
